While running 270hp 350 Crusader, oil comes out of exhaust with exhaust water. There is no water in engine oil, or water in the transmission fluid. Compression check is fine on all cylinders. No oil present on spark plugs. Any thoughts as to where oil is coming from? Thanks.

Oil cooler needs to be removed, pressure tested and replaced if bad, they cannot be repaired.
Good luck.
